Person specification Skills and experience

Personal attributes



Strong background in email marketing



CIM /Marketing degree highly desirable



Strong writing skills to create and commission content, including case studies and Thought Leadership pieces



Excellent B2B Marketing knowledge, gained in the Electronics industry would be preferable



Experienced in building multi-channel marketing campaigns, emphasis on campaign management and execution



Analytical skills, e.g. Email performance



Ability to communicate technical information in a compelling way to a technical audience



Excellent internal communication and interpersonal skills - able to communicate effectively at all levels including internal departments and external agencies



Ability to deliver results through others



Knowledge of Google Adwords, Google Analytics, working with CRM systems



Customer centric – always considers communication and messaging from a customer’s point of view.



Cultural awareness – able to identify and consider different perspectives.



Energetic, can do attitude – strong drive to achieve results, look at different solutions to overcome challenges and proactive to solicit information from technical employees and suppliers.

Scope of responsibility Responsible for Sensors, Comms and ACT business unit Marketing campaigns. Purpose of the job 

Design, management and delivery of European campaigns supported by crossfunctional marketing team and external supplier/customers



Manage campaign performance reporting and analysis

Main duties and accountabilities 

Work with the Business Development Directors (BDDs), Divisional marketing team and country marketing managers to develop, create and implement marketing campaigns



Manage email targeting, analytics to optimise customer awareness and response.



Work with marketing agencies to create, develop and implement local campaigns.



Any other relevant and reasonable duties that may be requested by management.

Key performance indicators 

These will be reviewed and agreed annually.
