Purpose of Job:

The provision of technical support, through the Hydrasun Integrity Management Division, with respect to the development and delivery of Hydraulic Services, SBT (Small Bore Tubing), FHA (Flexible Hose Assemblies) and IS (Integrated Services) which provide our customers with sustainable integrity assurance and compliance, with relevant legislation, standards and industry guidelines.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

Responsibilities are detailed in the section below, but due to the nature of the role these may change over time, dependant on department and company priorities. Technical Duties • Project Engineer SBT/FHA/IS/Hydraulic client work scopes, from agreement of work scope with client to delivery of completed reports. • Develop and deliver Cost, Time, Resource (CTR) quotations. • Implement technical processes and procedures with respect to SBT and Instrumentation design, installation, flushing & testing/sampling and inspection services in line with Industry Standards and Guidelines • Implement work packs for SBT/FHA/IS/Hydraulic work scopes, as agreed with clients, and mobilise survey/engineering personnel in order to deliver work pack specifications. This can be survey, inspection, repair, installation, manufacturing, test, flush and commissioning work scopes. • In line with Industry Standards and best practise, implement technical processes and procedures with respect to Hydraulic System operations, installation, commissioning and repair. • Liaise with Customer Focal points to ensure the pro-active management and delivery of the Services, in line with client contracts and individual project/work scopes • To analyse Division SBT/FHA/IS/Hydraulic survey results, identify trends through statistical analysis and provide written reports with details of proposed alternative practices leading to improved operational safety and reliability performance • Liaise with Hydrasun IT Dept. to assist with continual development of line data reporting tool based on existing Hydralink reporting tool. • Operationally manage SBT/FHA/IS/Hydraulic technicians and engineers while they are working on projects under your management. • Liaise with Key Account Management and Operations personnel to ensure they have sufficient technical knowledge to discuss SBT/FHA/IS/Hydraulic work scope deliverables, market requirements with respect to standards and guidelines and how we deliver this to the clients. • Liaise direct with clients to inform them of Hydrasun Services and where these services can provide added value • To prepare work packs for execution of Services in accordance with Page 1

customer requirements and Company procedures. Develop and maintain project schedule and evaluate, organize and prioritise workload within a schedule. Identify and supply pro-active asset management proposals to clients in order that we are adding value to our existing services Ensure client project/work scopes are completed in line with Company/Client Agreed procedures Complete minutes/agreed actions from all client meetings and disseminate to appropriate personnel. Present work scope and asset presentations and deliver to client. To produce economic engineered solutions, considering all aspects from materials to manufacturability, that maximises profitably for Hydrasun whilst satisfying all customer and internal requirements. Attend customer meetings to establish, through negotiation where appropriate, and confirm precise Engineering requirements and integrate this information into work packs in line with client requirements and Hydrasun HSEQ procedures and processes. To liaise with other departments to ensure clarity of understanding of all customer/project requirements. To ensure full compliance, during all engineering and related activities, with regard to sound engineering practice and adherence to relevant internal and external procedures, guidelines and standards. To ensure knowledge of industry developments is kept up to date. To ensure knowledge of latest Integrity Management developments is maintained, discussed and implemented where appropriate. To ensure development and improvement of existing products and services. To actively support the development of new IM product ranges from conceptual design to implementation. To ensure activities within the Division meet agreed target completion dates. Provision of accurate and detailed reports encompassing all aspects of Key Areas of Responsibility. Responsible for assembly and managing of work scope close out documents and procedures

Administration • To be responsible for knowing and understanding the Integrity Management Department targets and objectives • To carry out all the relevant administrative duties including management reports and audits. • To keep any filing/admin/databases up to date. • To adopt a “no surprises rule” and to ensure delivery against agreed objectives and targets. Continuous Improvement/Personal Development • To be responsible for knowing and understanding your company targets and objectives. • To be responsible for understanding, agreeing and achieving personal objectives set by Line Manager. • To adhere to the procedures as detailed in the HSE Management System and Quality Management System. • To adhere to the procedures as laid down by the Human Resource Management System and to take an active part in the Performance Management Process and the Competence and Training Programme. • To adhere to any duty rota which may be in force. (HIM Emergency phone, etc.) • To complete timesheets, where required, on a timely basis. Page 2
