Reporting to the Executive Officer, the Receptionist will provide a high level of reception and administrative services to the Navitas Corporate Office. Selection Criteria Essential  Proven ability to work as a part of a team.  Well-developed organisational skills and attention to detail and accuracy.  Proficient in MS Office with intermediate skills in MS Word and MS PowerPoint, intermediate MS Excel.  Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.  Personable with a positive and willing attitude.  Demonstrated alignment with the Navitas values of: conviction, rigour, drive, adventurous, respect and genuine.  Corporate presentation and conduct. Overview and Objectives of the Position:

To provide a high level of reception and administrative services to the Navitas Corporate office.

Reception  Manage telephone and face to face enquiries in a timely and professional manner including providing accurate information and assistance to clients, students, employees and the general public. Provide refreshments for all visitors.  Monitor and prepare incoming and outgoing freight, courier deliveries and mail.  Maintenance of staff amenities area and meeting rooms including ensuring that the kitchen and reception area are kept clean and tidy at all times.  Monitor and restock all stationery, office supplies and food and beverage supplies.  Assist with the maintenance and repair of the equipment i.e. Photocopier etc.  Maintenance of the general filing system including file creation, maintenance, circulation, storage and security; archiving of files or disposal action as required.  Assist in reconciling Navitas staff monthly credit card statements and expenses.  Arrange conference calls, video conferencing and meeting room set-up as required.  Organise catering for functions and meetings.  Processing invoices General Administration  Assist with the processing of correspondence in a timely manner, filing and other general administration duties to support fluctuating workloads within the administrative team and Head Office as required.  Dependant on the candidate, key point of contact for the organisation of travel arrangements including airfares and accommodation for the corporate office and Australia wide (IT Department).
