Marketing and Recruitment Officer Navitas @ University of New Hampshire Ongoing, Full-Time Navitas is a diversified global education provider that offers an extensive range of educational services for students and professionals including university programs, English language training and settlement services, creative media education, workforce education and student recruitment.

The Marketing & Recruitment Officer will assist in implementing the marketing strategies and recruitment activities for Navitas pathways programs under guidance from both the Marketing Director and the General Manager Marketing and Sales, North America. Based on the UNH Durham campus, the position requires international travel. Overview and Objectives of the Position:

The Marketing & Recruitment Officer will assist in implementing the marketing strategies and recruitment activities for Navitas pathways programs under guidance from both the Marketing Director and the General Manager Marketing and Sales, North America. Based on the UNH Durham campus, the position requires international travel. 2.

Key Accountabilities:

    

Assists with the profitable marketing and sales of the pathway products/services based on market strategies and opportunities, market research, product development and overall marketing plan. Maintains and seeks to improve the pathway’s competitive position through business growth and development. Ensures that products are marketed and sold in accordance with budgeted objectives to obtain maximum profitability. Assists with development of broad policies for development of new products and plans for increased market penetration based on market research. Undertakes promotional activities such as public relations and advertising, as well as

strategies for the launch of new or changed products. Analyzes market trends, co-ordinates market research surveys and associated analyses, which inform strategic direction of marketing activities and products. Assists with development of marketing literature using agreed Brand Guidelines. Participates in sales/marketing activities, and has assigned responsibility for Navitas at UNH, including participation in exhibitions and other events as required. Plans recruitment activities and produces written reports and actions in a timely manner. Manages local agent relationships and implements the local strategic marketing plan. Develops relationships with key stakeholders, including partner university, pathway providers and language schools, where appropriate. May be required to do up to 8 international marketing trips annually. Assists with preparation and management of marketing budget and associated agent monitoring and reports. Assists in identification, selection, management and training of agents in accordance with Navitas Group requirements, inclusive of agent database, product promotion and distribution, and campus networking. Promotes good relations and engagement activities with staff, agents, university partner and students. Assists with the admissions processes as needed. Assist with orientation activates Other related duties as assigned.

Physical Demands:
