Based in the Navitas Brisbane or Sydney office, this position will support the Group Agent Relationship Manager and the Centralised Agent Management function. Key Result Areas:
General Administration i.
Process agent application forms and work with multiple internal and external stakeholders to perform due diligence of agent applications

Contract agents and ensure multiple systems are updated with agent details
iii.
Renew agent agreements and create contractual variations as required
iv.
Review existing processes and procedures and provide innovative solutions and ideas
v.
Ensure all processes and procedures align with the Navitas Agent Management Strategy, Navitas business rules and legislative instruments
vi.
Regularly coordinate and execute activities to ensure CRM data is current
vii.
Assist Group Marketing Team members with other duties when required
Statistical Reporting i.
Assist the Group Agent Relationship Manager in reviewing agent performances by producing CRM reports on a biannual basis
