Navitas is now an ASX100 company employing 5,800 people globally. We are currently recruiting for a Group Agent Coordinator to join the Marketing function. This position will support the Group Agent Relationship Manager and the Centralised Agent Management function. The successful applicant will be a self-starter who is comfortable working in a buzzing remote team environment. Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role or an administrative function in an international environment

Medium to advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Demonstrable experience building and managing stakeholder relationships

Familiarity in administering and monitoring education agent contracts

Excellent communication skills with a high level of written and verbal English

Demonstrable experience in performance analysis and reporting

Desirable i.

Experience using a CRM such as Salesforce.com

ii.

Experience in Marketing

Overview and Objectives of the Position:

Navitas’ central marketing function is seeking to employ a Group Agent Coordinator. Based in the Navitas Brisbane or Sydney office, this position will support the Group Agent Relationship Manager and the Centralised Agent Management function. The successful applicant will be a self-starter who is comfortable working in a buzzing remote team environment. The key accountabilities of the role include:   

Group Agent Relationship Manager

Group Marketing Team

Navitas Source Country Office (SCO) Teams

Business Unit Marketing Directors and Marketing Teams

Key Result Areas:

General Administration i.

Process agent application forms and work with multiple internal and external stakeholders to perform due diligence of agent applications

ii.

Contract agents and ensure multiple systems are updated with agent details

iii.

Renew agent agreements and create contractual variations as required

iv.

Review existing processes and procedures and provide innovative solutions and ideas

v.

Ensure all processes and procedures align with the Navitas Agent Management Strategy, Navitas business rules and legislative instruments

vi.

Regularly coordinate and execute activities to ensure CRM data is current

vii.

Assist Group Marketing Team members with other duties when required

Statistical Reporting i.

Assist the Group Agent Relationship Manager in reviewing agent performances by producing CRM reports on a biannual basis

Qualifications and Selection Criteria
