The Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for the global recruitment of operational, to senior executive level team members in our source county locations. They will be supporting the recruitment drive of approximately sixty new team members by managing external recruitment partners and collaborating with hiring managers.
The ideal candidate we seek will ideally have the following:
Experience in end-to-end recruitment inclusive of: o Conducting job briefs with a consultative approach o Drafting objective, candidate focused job ads o Reviewing resumes swiftly o Effective phone screening techniques o Ability to identify soft/hard skills that meet key selection criteria o Sound understanding of the interview process o Candidate care management o Reference checking Ability to manage and collaborate effectively with senior executive stakeholders Operational experience of job boards such as SEEK & LinkedIn Creative methods of sourcing candidates Rapport building and high EQ when managing people
