JOB DESCRIPTION

Position: Location Pastor (Campus Pastor) Reports to: Multi-Site Pastor Supervises: Location Admin, Location Associate Minister Purpose To co-labor in the Gospel through the pastoral ministry of shepherding and leading the saints of The Church of Eleven22 primarily at a specific campus. Education - Bachelors Degree. - Masters Preferred, (minimal of willingness to pursue further education) Experience - 10 years of experience in pastoral ministry Key Responsibilities - Lead and shepherd the congregation at identified location - Amplify the vision and values of CoE22 through the identified congregation and assimilate vision through execution of Ministry Action Plans (MAPS). - Care for and provide spiritual development for location staff - Lead in worship gatherings by modeling worship, properly using stage time to shape gospel conversations, and weekly be prepared to preach in absence of video sermon delivery. - Identify, recruit, and as necessary assist in the development of serve staff and deacons. - Ensure strategy and tactics are implements at locations and provide real time evaluation to central ministries’ services. - Lead in communication to and from central ministry services, operations, leadership teams, and location staff and serve staff. - Participate as requested in central ministry enhancements and strategic development.
