Position Details Navitas Ltd, a global leader in university pathway programs for international students, is seeking to employ a Marketing Data Analyst as part of its Group Marketing team. Based in the Navitas office in Connaught Place, Delhi, this exciting position will support the Navitas Group eMarketing function. The candidate we seek will ideally have the following: 

Must have excellent analytical and problem solving skills. Experience in analysing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools



Experience with managing large data and creating dashboards, reports, dimensional modelling etc.



Proven e-commerce experience with understanding and exposure to the different marketing channels and how they affect each other.



Strong knowledge of Tableau / Google Analytics / PPC / Affiliate Marketing and SEO.



Strong knowledge of Salesforce



Knowledge of Marketo will be an advantage



Excellent command of the English language both written and spoken.



Results orientated individual who is willing to own the Analytics function.



Self-starter who is comfortable working in a buzzing remote team environment.

Overview and Objectives of the Position:

Navitas Ltd, a global leader in university pathway programs for international students, is seeking to employ a Marketing Data Analyst as part of its Group Marketing team. Based in the Navitas office in Connaught Place, Delhi, this exciting position will support the Navitas Group eMarketing function.

Head of Sales Effectiveness

Other Marketing and IT professionals within Navitas

3.

Key Result Areas:

Data Analytics i.

Work with website analytical tools such as Google Analytics and others as necessary.

ii.

Analyse digital data across web/mobile/social channels.

iii.

Identifying actionable insights.

iv.

Measuring campaign performance and market trends across digital channels.

v.

Seek out and review new analytics tools that would benefit the business

vi.

Defining and analysing KPI’s to aid key strategic decisions.

vii.

Ensure the accuracy of data and reports to ensure the highest standards of quality.

viii.

Provide analysis around customer behaviour, product performance and conversions, promotion impact, industry & competitor trends.

ix.

Key CRM (Salesforce) user (optimize usage of the CRM system) and knows how to unlock data from the CRM system (able to generate relevant reports and dashboards)

Communication i.

Day-to-day liaison with the members of the Direct Channel and eMarketing teams, using collaborative tools such as Asana;

ii.

Communicate changes and updates to Navitas staff, as required

iii.

Document analysis and workflows, as required

Misc Projects Where appropriate, participate in web-, social-, mobile- or CRM/Marketing Automation-related projects and workshops being driven by the Navitas Group eMarketing Manager

Qualifications and Selection Criteria
