Purpose of Job: Key Areas of Responsibility:

Interfaces (Internal/External):

Administer stock control processes • Perform despatch note maintenance. This will typically involve the inclusion of carriage charges and amendment of details on previously printed despatch notes. •

Process and perform stock checks.



Manage Group In-Transit in line with department targets



Deputize for the Stock Control manager during their absence

Primarily customer services, workshop, stores and purchasing but also most other departments and locations.

Qualifications: Experience Required:

Skills/Training Competences:

Essential  Standard grade education Essential  Experienced in the use of an ERP system, particularly with regard to stock replenishment. Essential  Numerate and Literate  Computer literate

Desirable  Higher grade education Desirable  Good Understanding of the Hydrasun stock range and stock transactions Desirable  Competent in the use of MS Office software.
