Menu ~ The following are ever-changing samples of menu items we offer. The pricing listed is for food only and does not include staffing and taxes (these will be included in your proposal). Proposal ~ An initial proposal will give you a good idea of costs (with food, beverage, staffing, taxes, and service included). After further discussion, this proposal can be revised and molded to best suit your budget, personal style, and tastes. Venue ~ The Virginia Ballroom is $4,500, Marshall Ballroom $3,500, and Lobby is $500 for a cocktail hour (prices include tables, chairs, linens, glassware, dishware, and silverware). *Week day discounts available. Deposit ~ The full cost of the ballroom rental serves as your deposit and reserves your date. Final Guest Count, Menu Selections, and Payment for the catering is due two weeks prior to the event date. The Marshall Ballroom accommodates 75-140 with full seating and a dance floor. The Virginia Ballroom accommodates 140-290 on the main floor (with full seating and a dance floor), the balcony accommodates another 100 guests with seating. Cocktail Buffets with limited seating can accommodate up to 250 guests in the Marshall Ballroom and 650 guests in the Virginia Ballroom. Valet & Deck Parking Options Available
