POLICIES AT THE LITTLE GYM® Family Membership Fee The annual membership fee is £40. As a member of The Little Gym, your family is entitled to discounts on Birthday Parties, Holiday and Summer Camps, and special events and you will have access to priority enrolment in our programmes. If you have opted-in to receive our promotional electronic communications, you will receive prior electronic notification of our events and priority enrolment periods. Fees must be paid prior to enrolment or booking. Make-Up Policy Classes cancelled due to illness or holidays may be made up during the term for which tuition has been paid according to availability. Notification must be received no later than 9.30 am on the day of the class for you to be entitled to a make-up class. Please leave a message on our answering machine. Clothing Children should wear comfortable clothing and must be barefoot to maximise safety and freedom. Jewellery, food and chewing gum are not permitted in the gym. Adults entering the gym are asked to remove their shoes (adults may wear socks). The Little Gym is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Refunds We only offer refunds for cancellations of ongoing medical conditions which prevents your child to continue gymnastics. We also offer refunds when families move out of the area and are no longer able to attend. We offer credits for cancellation that can either be taken through a Birthday Party booking, Camps at a later stage and / or gymnastics classes. Camps observation For safeguarding purposes, parents and guardians are not allowed on the premises for camps after drop off. Parents are encouraged to stay for single gym classes.

Responsibilities We make every reasonable effort to ensure the safety of children in the gym and while they are in the lobby. Parents or guardians are ultimately responsible for seeing the safe entry and exit of their children. Behavioural Issues If a child is being disruptive, destructive, or dangerous to themselves, other children, or staff members during class or special events, we will make every effort to work with parents and the child in question to resolve this behaviour. If the behaviour persists or other undesired behaviours develop, the child in question will be asked to take a break from the class or event.
