Who:

Four year olds (by June 1) through children entering the 5th grade

Cost:

$25 per child registered by May 11th $35 per child registered May 12-25th (Discount of $12.50 off 3rd registration)

Jr. High Youth Students entering Grades 6-8 Where: Dover Congregational UCC 2239 Dover Center Road, Westlake Enjoy FUN & EXCITING Offsite excursions! Lunch is included daily, as well as transportation, activities & service opportunities!!

►Registration Deadline is May 11, 2014 Forms received after May 11th will be subject to the additional $10 fee per child. Please register early, space is limited & registration is available on a first come-first served basis. You will be notified by email when your registration is received. No registrations accepted after May 25th.

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES! Discount – Receive $25 off your registration fee for volunteering to teach at VBS for the entire week Childcare will be provided for your little ones free of charge.
