Vision/Mission Statement

2017 Enrollment Terms 

This is an all inclusive eight (8) week camp package.



The Registration Fee of $300.00 per child is non-refundable. Registration and enrollment is on a first come, first serve basis.



No refunds or reductions will be made for days missed due to holidays, absence, illness, vacation or withdrawals (including expulsions).



Signed medical authorization forms (proof of medical insurance) will be required for all campers at registration.



Parent/Guardian authorizations must be completed at orientation for Camp Bethel to transport your child or children to and from off-site activities and trips. ** Receipt of an Emailed Application Does Not secure Camper’s enrollment.** The entire application process must be followed in accordance with Camp Bethel guidelines to secure desired enrollment for each Camper seeking a space.

The vision of Camp Bethel is to provide a Christian based summer camp. Our mission is to equip our children to make a difference in how they handle themselves exploring real life situations through :     

We look forward to the continued move of God through worship, song, trips, hands on learning, keeping it real dialogs; and through our 2017 theme:

“Loving Our Lord” REGISTRATION: Saturday, January 21, 2017 9a.m. - 12noon (Adam Room) Registration is on a first come, first serve basis. A non-refundable registration fee of $300.00 per child is required for all campers.

Camp begins Monday, June 26, 2017 and runs for eight weeks: ending on Friday, August 18, 2017, Camp Bethel is designed to offer parents a safe alternative during summer vacation. We service children and youth ages 3 to 13 years

( All children must be potty trained.)

Daily Activities We begin each day with Chapel Services. This year’s chapel theme is “Loving Our Lord” (Luke 10:27) . We will explore many aspects of our Christian life and how our Campers can apply these principles to their daily lives. The day continues with structured outdoor activities, including water play; arts & crafts; academic review; videos; Self Defense & Conflict Resolution training with Better Body 4U; and some very exciting off site excursions. Campers will also enjoy several theme days which include: “Let’s Get Acquainted Barbecue” “Wacky Tacky Day” “Kids Talent Show” “Multicultural Food Fair” “Closing Exercise & Barbeque,” for Parents and Campers

Daily Meals Breakfast is served from 9:00 a.m. until 9:30 a.m. Morning snacks are served during playtime. Lunch is served from 12:00 p.m. until 1:00 p.m.; Afternoon snacks are served late afternoon. We provide a seasonal breakfast and lunch menu. If a meal is not desired, feel free to send a nutritional meals that your child will enjoy.

Campers will enjoy weekly excursions at:         

Neshaminy State Park (weekly swimming) Clementon Park/Splash World Sight & Sound Theater Sesame Place (3-6) Baltimore Aquarium/Maryland Science Center (7-13) Six Flags Great Adventure (New Jersey) Camelbeach Waterpark Historic Philadelphia Tour (Teens) Hershey Park

Total cost including Non-Refundable Registration is $1,200.00 Registration is first come, first served  Fees & Cost are per Camper (no exceptions) 

Extended hours are :  

Morning Care: 7:00 a.m.—8:00 a.m. Afternoon Care: 5:00 p.m.—6:00 p.m.

Parents are required to make arrangements to pick up Campers promptly at 5:00 p.m. daily. Late picks up for circumstances beyond your control, will be charged a late fee for the extended care. Late fees along with other pertinent information for enrolled Campers only; will be discussed further at our Parent Orientation on Friday, June 16, 2017.

Add $200.00 per camper for extended morning and after care. Add $100.00 per camper for extended morning or after care only.

All fees and cost for Camp Bethel 2017 must be paid in full on or before April 21, 2017. Children are not considered enrolled unless or until we receive their current completed application which includes; $1200.00 tuition fees & cost, and their current Health Evaluation form. 



No evening care available after 6:00 p.m.

Camp Hours Camp begin at 8:30 a.m. and end at 5:00 p.m. promptly. For an additional fee, limited extended hours are offered to accommodate our working parents.
