SERMON NOTES  Sunday, December 8, 2013 “JUST THE RIGHT TIME” (Galatians 4:4-7) Timing is important in the events of our lives and in the flow of history. The Bible tells us at just the right time God sent His Son. That represents the miracle of the moment in the hands of God. What does it mean for us? “There is an appointed time for everything. And there is a time for every event under heaven…He has made everything appropriate in its time. He has also set eternity in their heart” (Ecclesiastes 3:1, 11, NASB). “The eyes of all look to You, and You give them their food in due time” (Psalm 145:15, NASB). “They all depend on you to give them food as they need it” (Psalm 104:27, NASB). “He will give the rain for your land in its season, the early and late rain, that you may gather in your grain and your new wine and your oil” (Deuteronomy 11:14, NASB). “When we were utterly helpless, Christ came at just the right time and died for us sinners” (Romans 5:6, NLT). “My times are in Your hand” (Psalm 31:15, NASB). “For God says, ‘At just the right time, I heard you. On the day of salvation, I helped you.’ Indeed, the ‘right time’ is now. Today is the day of salvation” (2 Corinthians 6:2, NLT). “The right time has come and the Kingdom of God is near! Turn away from your sins and believe the Good News!” (Mark 1:15, GNT).
