Project development

Appointment window opens 2 weeks prior to windows closing for Trust staff to support applicants

Approval process

Application submitted for internal/CEO assessment (2 weeks max)

Application sent to panel for assessment on 30 April/31 October each year

Panel meets for decision / recommendations within 2 weeks and obtains CEO sign off & Board ratification

Notification process

Contestable Fast Fund (below$1500)

Application completed including project plan and priority focus

Unsuccessful Applicant notified

Successful Pending modification

Contact and notify of Success or not.

Successful

Invite to resubmit Contract process

Draft and negotiate investment agreement

Project monitoring

Establish reporting procedure, mid Project milestone report and observations

Final report and release of final payment if required

Draft Fast Fund Investment agreement & make full payment on invoice
