The purpose of LAunch Missions Training School is to equip people in key areas of character, biblical knowledge, and ministry skills to make disciples and form churches among unreached peoples. If you have a desire to impact the nations and see peoples come to Christ, LAunch may be for you!

“Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send our workers into his harvest field” (Luke 10:2).
“…to prepare God's people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up…” (Ephesians 4:12).
You will learn how to intercede for workers and for the nations, making effective intercession an integral part of you life and ministry. Various prayer styles will be practiced. You will grow in the discipline of personal and corporate prayer.
Local pastors, leaders, and experienced overseas workers provide teaching, training and mentoring in key areas of character, knowledge and practical skills. Personal devotional time will include worship, prayer, fasting, Scripture reading and memorization. Course topics will include:
• Intimacy with God • Spiritual Disciplines • Evangelism & Disciple making • Healing & Deliverance • Contextualization • Cross-cultural Living • Suffering • Church planting • Language Learning • Healthy Team Dynamics • + more.

You will be involved in local crosscultural ministry, putting into practice acquired skills. Students will have the opportunity to serve overseas in a team environment alongside other workers in a Summer Internship Program.
