Every Hydro Laundry & Warewash brand dispenser comes pre-wired from the factory so there is no need to dismantle the dispenser to install it. Since the dispenser is pre-wired, installation time is cut, saving not only time but money. Programming of Hydro Laundry & Warewash brand dispensers can be done in advance which again reduces installation time. All programming is saved in memory so there is no worry about losing it if the dispenser is powered down. Perfect For Your Operation If your application is more complex and you need chemicals added at very specific times during laundry cycles, peristaltic pumps are the perfect fit. Hydro offers several peristaltic pumps and controllers that dispense precise amounts of product at exactly the right time, ensuring your operation performs as it should and as your customers expect. Peristaltic pumps are used for pumping a variety of fluids. The fluid is contained within a flexible tube fitted inside the pump housing. This pumping principle is based on alternating compression and relaxation of the tube.

The Infinity™ utilizes a serial communication protocol between all components of the system, which allows for “real time” monitoring and exception reporting. The Infinity™ pump module, along with the Infinity™ controller, use a custom, optimized drive train and motor drive logic to ensure accuracy when dispensing product.

Overview The Sprite TL-400 is a two product dispenser designed for top load laundry or small OPL type installations. Overview The Taurus CP-300 is a fully programmable single pump dispenser designed for use on top load laundry applications as well as any application requiring a single product to be dosed with extreme accuracy. The Taurus CP-300 utilizes Hydro’s proven Sprite motor gearbox and squeeze-tube change is easily accomplished with no tools. A universal power supply makes it the right choice regardless of where in the world you are located. The Taurus CP-300 offers a programmable delay of up to 30 minutes in 5 minute increments, a max run time of 20 minutes and programmable lockout period of up to 30 minutes in 5 minute increments. Its programming remote also serves as the User Interface. Once programmed, a simple press of the button begins the dispensing cycle. The Taurus CP-300 can be programmed to allow for user priming if desired. Its lockout is protected against power interruptions; the lockout period resumes where it left off once power is restored.

Overview The DM-400 Warewashing Product Dispenser combines a detergent control and rinse pump in a miniaturized water-resistant enclosure. The electronic control board is protected by a gasketed enclosure for water resistance and maximum long-term reliability. Nova’s new DM-700 leads the way in bringing modern technology together with simplified user interface. At last, an institutional chemical dispensing system with auto voltage sensing that allows either 115 or 220 volts to be connected to the single power input leads.
