HALLOWEEN PARTY The Laurel Creek Halloween party was a huge success! Special thanks to our HOA for providing funds for this event, to Gail Killough for organizing the event, the grill masters for cooking and serving a hundred hot dogs, and Monarch Landscaping for the use of their grill. Also, thank you to Sally Ramsey and friends for judging the costume contest, Heather Flynn for assistance with the pumpkin carving contest, to Chic Fila on Beltway 8/West Rd for donating prizes, and Clare Van Dyk for donating the piñata and taking photos. Finally, thank you to our youth volunteers for manning the games!

Exterior Improvements Because Laurel Creek is a Deed Restricted Community, any changes that you wish to make to the exterior of your home must first be approved by the Architectural Control Committee (ACC). This includes roofing, decks, swimming pools, fence replacement, painting – even if you are re-painting using the same color, tree removal, door re-staining, etc. For a complete list, or if you have any questions about a planned project, please contact Sterling at 832678-4500. Exterior Improvement Application forms are available online at Sterling’s website at www.sterlingasi.com. The ACC members are volunteers who act as quickly as possible to review each application; however please remember that they have 60 days to render a decision. Please do not start any work until you have received written approval from Sterling.
