Leader Expectations 1. Churches must provide 1 adult leader for every 8 students that attend. 2. Group registration is between 6–8pm on Friday. If you expect a late arrival please inform us ASAP. Please have only one male and one female leader come to the registration area to sign in group. 3. Every student is required to be in each program time; not in the hallways. Although we have a security team, each church is expected to “patrol” their own kids during service times, making sure they are in the auditorium, not talking, chewing gum (Note: this rule is from Tuscarora), or disrupting the service. 4. Students are discouraged (not prohibited) from using the restroom during the program. Please tell your students to use the restroom before program. 5. We want you to be the first line of communication with your students. We want you to be able to discipline them as well as speak into the lives of your own students first. If you need further assistance contact security or if necessary the Winter Fest director. 6. Each church is responsible for their own room assignments. Be sure the leaders are spread out amongst the rooms, and not all in one room. Please do not “bend’ the lights out time – be aware of other groups sharing the same building area as you. 7. Each leader is responsible for making sure their youth are dressed appropriately and with consideration for others. 8. Each leader is responsible for collecting any keys they were given during registration and returning them to the main office at Tuscarora on Sunday before leaving (there is a charge for lost keys).
