Your attitude must be like My own. For I did not come to be served, but to serve.” Luke 22:26 “But among you the one who serves best will be your leader.” Excuses of why we avoid Leadership 1.Moses Excuse: I don’t have the right gifting 2.Gideon’s Excuse: I’m not qualified 3.Levite’s Excuse: I’m too busy Jesus commands in Matt 28 for us to become disciples who make disciples. Maximize your equipping by… 1.Go through Rooted and be in Community 2.Prioritize getting with your leader in regular one on one mentoring meetings. 3.Attend the Multiply Gatherings once a quarter. 4.Meet with God regularly doing PB&J 5.Live a B.L.E.S.S. lifestyle. YOU ARE CREATED FOR SERVICE Ephesians 2:10 “It is God Himself who has made us what we are and given us new lives from Christ Jesus. Long ago He planned that we should spend these lives in helping others.” A Servant Leader believes in people and what they can become. “Don’t be selfish; don’t live to make a good impression on others. Be humble, thinking of others as better than yourself. Don’t think only about your own affairs, but be interested in others, too, and what they are doing.” Phil 2:3-4 1 Thes 5:11”encourage one another and build each other up” A Servant Leader is Totally Dependent on God. 5Trust in the LORD with all your heart; do not depend on your own 
 understanding. 6Seek his will in all you do, and he will direct your paths Proverbs 3:5-6

Ps 105:4 “Look to the LORD and his strength; seek his face always.” 1 Thess. 1:2-3 We always thank God for all of you. We pray for you. 3We never forget you when we pray to our God and Father. Your work is produced by your faith. Your service is the result of your love. Your strength to continue comes from your hope in our Lord Jesus Christ.
