LEADERSHIP FRANKLIN COUNTY Community Program If you’re looking for a great opportunity to enhance your leadership skills, apply for the Leadership Franklin County Community program. LFC Community is a nine-month program from September to May which educates participants on leadership skills and the community while helping emerging leaders build their professional network.
