Lecturer in Social Work, Level B A permanent full-time position with an immediate start (flexible with notice period) based in Sydney's CBD overlooking Hyde Park with access to modern facilities, close to public transport and amenities.

Design, develop and teach high-quality teaching programs through academic leadership and strategic planning Contribute to research development within the discipline and College, to advance ACAP as the thought leaders in it's space Work with the support of a global self-accrediting diverse and innovative organisation, and the growth of an ASX 200 company

Your role is to develop and teach coursework units in undergraduate and postgraduate social work programs as required. This position also involves the supervision of student research projects and to conduct a program of research as well as contribute to administrative activities within the school.

The person we are seeking will ideally have the following:  PhD or working towards completion, in the area of social work  Previous experience in teaching within a higher education environment relative to social work  Demonstrated ability to design and develop teaching materials and coordinate programs and units of study  Experience with mixed modes of program delivery including online  Exposure in supervising student research (honours)  The ability to engage students effectively, work collaboratively with colleagues and practiced experience in social work  Administrative experience linked to teaching and research with a good degree of computer literacy  Knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety policies relevant to the work environment
