Read Joshua 8:1-9 God’s instructions to Joshua 2. How did God encourage the demoralized people of Israel after their defeat at Ai?

3. Contrast God’s command concerning the plunder of Ai with His instructions at Jericho. Do you have any thoughts about why His instructions might have been different?
