Let the Christmas Trees Rejoice Depending on your view of Christmas, you may find this thought interesting. See Isaiah chapter 14. In verse 1, we see the restoration of the two kingdoms of Israel. And in verse 3 we see the coming of our Lord Yeshua in the Day of the Lord that gives the thousand year rest, the 7th day Sabbath rest. We know that this is after when Babylon falls, which is covered in verses 4-11. And, it is worth noting that Revelation chapter 18 covers this as well. The adversary, known also as Satan, is locked up or shut up for one thousand years of the Day of the Lord found in verses 14-21 and also found in Revelation chapter 20. In the midst of all of that context, guess what we find right in the middle of all those verses? Wait, though. Before we go there, remember when Yeshua our Lord returns we will all be celebrating YHWH’s feast days such as Tabernacles in Zechariah 14 or Isaiah 66. This means that there will be no Christmas, just God’s ways because everything about Christmas is from sun gods. And, according to the Word of God, we are to have no part in such ways and mixing it with our Creators ways. He says not to learn the ways of the nations nor worship God in their way. Well, that certainly means that God doesn’t care what Christmas might mean to us. He only cares what it means to Him. I suppose that might make sense since He is the one being worshipped, not us. I suppose it also makes sense that YHWH hates sun gods. He simply does not want to be worshipped in the ways that they were worshipped, but in the way that He said that He wants to be worshipped. And, Yeshua our Lord loves the Word of God and thus that is what He wants for us: the pure Word of God not sun gods and their ways. Well, since there’ll be no Christmas, guess what? You will find this very interesting in the context of Yeshua’s return on the Day of the Lord. We all know that pine trees are cut down every year and brought into homes like the pagans would in worshipping their sun gods as a symbol of fertility for thousands of years. Even the pine trees rejoice because no one cuts them down any more once Babylon falls. Right in the midst of all the context of Babylon falling and Yeshua returning we read this in Isaiah chapter 14 verse 8: Isaiah 14:8 Even the junipers and the cedars of Lebanon gloat over you and say, “Now that you have been laid

low, no one comes to cut us down.” Christmas is officially and globally over by mandate of Yeshua our Lord. As it turns out, Yeshua comes and takes Christmas away from the world making all the pine trees forever happy. Just a thought.
