At the foot of Glendun in the Glens of Antrim lies the picturesque village of Cushendun. The village we see today owes much of its character and unique architectural heritage to Ronald John McNeill who commissioned the drawing up of plans to develop the village. A large number of properties in the village were designed by Clough Williams-Ellis in the 1920s. The majority of Cushendun village today is owned by the National Trust.
