LIFE GROUP LEADER Life Group Leader Qualifications Before one can become a Life Group Leader at His House, he or she must: Have professed faith in Jesus Christ Have signed the Life Group Leader’s Covenant Have completed His House Church’s Life Groups Leader’s Training Have been approved by the His House Life Group Pastor Life Group Leader Disqualifications One may be asked to step down and or removed as a Life Group leader due to: Violation of the Life Groups Leader’s Covenant A serious and unrepentant biblical, moral or ethical violation as deemed by His House Church’s leadership The discretion of His House Church’s leadership (poor performance, better giftedness elsewhere, burnout, temporary life situation, conflict of interest, etc.)
