And, with membership strictly limited to residents of Marina Palms, you can count on a quality experience with attentive service to your particular boating needs. Top 10 Reasons to Join: • Our boats and personal watercraft are all new and hand-picked to meet the specific needs of our members. All boats are insured.* • Our friendly, knowledgeable staff provides hands-on training so you can confidently operate any boat and all of its features. • All of our boats under 30’ have a single outboard engine, making them easy to operate. • All boats are equipped with Coast Guard-approved and required safety equipment including VHF radio, electronics, stereo, fresh water and GPS tracking devices. • Enjoy unlimited use of any boat at any time. Simply call and reserve up to 30 days in advance. • Larger boat charters are available with 7 days notice. • An adequate supply of boats and personal watercraft will always be available; as our membership grows, so will our fleet. • If you prefer not to operate the boat yourself, we can make a licensed captain available to you with three days’ advance notice, for an additional fee. • Departing and returning to the marina is a breeze, thanks to our long, easy-to-access fuel dock. • Joining the Boat Club is easy: after a one-time initiation fee you simply pay one low amount each month, along with any fuel or captain expenses you incur.

The Marina Palms Boat Club (the “Boat Club” ) is independently owned and operated and is not part of the Marina Palms Yacht Club and Residences or any condominiums, or in any way affiliated with any of the developers thereof (each, a “Developer” ). Accordingly, the Developers have no obligations to purchasers of membership interests in the Boat Club. No representations or warranties whatsoever are made by Developer regarding the Boat Club, including (without limitation) as to the ownership, creation, maintenance, operation, or duration thereof, any of the services or facilities that may be made available in connection therewith, or if and to the extent available, the cost, terms, nature or quality thereof.
