Want to find out what membership means at LSC? Attend our one-time membership class taught every other month by the pastors. If interested, please fill out and turn in a connection card. Our next class is Wednesday, November 12th, at 6:15 pm in Pastor Steve Holdaway’s office.

Boilingpoint is our weekly student worship experience every Sunday morning (except the second Sunday of the month). It meets at 9:30 am and at 11:00 am in the LSC chapel. The Well is a college-age worship experience every 1st and 3rd Sunday of the month at the Midtown Campus with a free meal and fellowship starting at 6 pm.
Sunday School is available for infants through 6th grade each Sunday morning at 9:30 and 11:00 am.
LIFEGROUPS
LifeGroups are the heartbeat of LSC. LifeGroups meet during the week in homes throughout our community. We encourage every student and adult to be involved in one of these community/study groups. For more information please visit the guest info counter in the lobby or check out our website.
ALL CHURCH Christmas Choir • Our Christmas Choir has already began rehearsing! Are you interested in joining the choir? Show up for rehearsal Wednesday 7:15-8:00 pm. Operation Christmas Child • Shoebox dedication: Next Sunday, Nov. 16 in both services. To learn how to pack a shoebox, pick up information in the lobby or visit operationchristmaschild. org. During the dedication service please hold on to your shoebox until the dedication. Honduras Mission Trip Informational Meeting • November 18, 6:00-7:00 pm in the Chapel at LSC. Attend this meeting to learn more about the trip and how you can serve. Email Patty Hall at
[email protected] with any questions. Canned Food Drive • Sunday, November 23, is LifeSpring’s Day of Fasting, Sharing, and Thanksgiving. On that day, we are asking each person to bring a canned good for the Open Door Mission. We are asking each person who can fast to do so for a brief period of time--Saturday evening to Sunday afternoon or evening, for spiritual renewal and to appreciate how blessed we are. We’ll have a special Thanksgiving service on Sunday.
STUDENTS Dodgeball and “My Hope” Movie • Join us tonight for dodgeball at 6:00 pm in the worship center and then stick around at 7:00 pm for pizza in the chapel and the movie “Heaven” from My Hope with Billy Graham. This event is free and is a perfect opportunity to invite your friends!
The gospel gives us a pattern and the means to healthy conflict resolution.
Membership Class • Wednesday, Nov. 12, 6:15- 8:00 pm in Pastor Steve Holdaway’s office. This is a class that will help you understand our church, ministries, and direction. It is a requirement to become a member at LSC. Sign up in the Lobby. Immediate/Important Need in the Children’s Ministry: Two teachers for the First Grade at 11:00 am One teacher for the Second Grade at 11:00 am One teacher for Pre-K at 11:00 am Need a church member to step up and lead in one of these areas; our kids need you! Join our Kid’s Krew “On Mission Toy/Warm Up Drive” now through December 3: •Bring an new unwrapped toy for Operation Santa •Bring new or gently used coats, hats, gloves, scarves, etc. Items will be gathered in boxes located in the lobby and delivered to the Open Door Mission. Joshua: Living Out a Courageous Faith • Don’t miss our brand new sermon series in Boilingpoint starting on November 23rd. Boilingpoint is our student worship service on Sundays at 9:30am and 11:00 am for students in grades 7-12.
College LifeGroups • We offer 3 different Lifegroups, all of which meet on Wednesdays at 8:30 pm. Located in Oakhurst, led by Tim Stiansen; Southern Oaks, led by Tim Will; and Quail Creek, led by Pastor Eric.

4G Dodgeball Tournament • Next Sunday night, November 16, from 6:00 - 7:30 pm is our Dodgeball Tournament! Form a team of 8 players and sign up in the chapel.
SAVE THE DATE: Decorating for Christmas • December 2, 7:00-9:00 pm. Help us prepare LSC for the Christmas season!
Please check the lost and found by the library to see if any of your lost belongings are there. We will be donating all unclaimed items by November 14th.
KID’S KREW
JAM (Jesus and Me) CLUB • is a once a week Kid’s Bible Club held in an elementary school for boys and girls K-6th Grade. This is a ministry of Heritage Hill Church of the Nazarene led by Pastor Jamie Spurlock (402-331-8900). Currently there are clubs in a few Papillion and Bellevue elementary schools. There is a desire to begin a group at Two Springs Elementary. If you would like to volunteer for this program or get more information, please contact Tara Sainz (402-504-3225) and/or Pam Albano (402-933-1308).
Girls’ Movie Night • Friday, November 14, 7:00 (Doors open at 6:30) This free event will take place in the Chapel. We will be watching Moms’ Night Out. Popcorn and snacks will be available. There will also be a discussion following the movie. Sign up in the Lobby. Singles Potluck • Tuesday, November 18, 6:30-8:30 pm at LSC. Supper and a Fun Night for adults: single and single again.
