Description: The MH Corbin NC300 Portable Traffic Analyzer is designed to provide even more accuracy in measuring counts, speeds, and vehicle lengths. As with the NC200, the sensor is placed directly in the traffic lane to measure data, and can be installed and removed quickly and easily. The traffic analyzer combines accuracy and portability, monitoring traffic flow conditions right where you need them. Whether you are surveying traffic on a roadway, bridge, parking garage, or construction area, the sensor provides the data necessary for effective traffic analysis. The sensor utilizes Vehicle Magnetic Imaging (VMI) technology to detect vehicle count, speed and classification. DISPUTE RESOLUTION: Any dispute arising from a forthcoming agreement to construct this project shall be subject to non-binding mediation in accordance with the rules as set forth in City of Jacksonville Resolution #2002 – 28 titled “Senate Bill Dispute Resolution”. The following disputes are not subject to mediation: i.) A dispute seeking a non-monetary recovery; and ii.) A dispute seeking a monetary recovery of $15,000 or less.
