As We Gather This Sunday Dear Church Family, After an unimaginable end to their high school journey, we were very thankful to be able to welcome our graduates and their families to our campus this past Sunday! We hope you all enjoyed seeing their photos, hearing about their future plans and requests for prayer as Casey Cockrell introduced them. Continue to be mindful of these students and families in transition throughout the summer and fall. We eagerly await seeing many of you this Sunday at one of our worship services! We know there are many of you who, for various reasons, are not quite ready to be on our campus. Our live-stream Sunday morning service will continue at 10:45 AM for the foreseeable future, and we are thankful to God to stay connected as a body in this manner!

Our plan is as follows: • We will have two (2) worship services (9:15 and 10:45) open to all members and guests. • There will be no Sunday School classes or childcare gathering on campus until further notice. Classes are encouraged to continue to meet virtually. • We will continue to live-stream our services for the foreseeable future. What We’re Doing • We are making every effort to prepare the safest environment for you as you enter the church building. • The common areas of the church are being thoroughly cleaned. • Our staff will clean doorknobs, handrails, counters, and restrooms during and between worship services. • Hand sanitizing areas will be readily available. • No food or drink will be served on campus until further notice.

• •

Giving receptacles will be in place. There will be no passing of offering plates at this time. Every other row within the Sanctuary will be roped off to assist in spacing.

What We Suggest: • PRAY that we will honor the Lord and one another as we worship together. • We encourage those in attendance to wear a face mask when on campus, but it is not required. This is especially significant because we will be singing together. Masks are available on campus. • We ask that you practice social distancing to the best of your ability, and that you help your children to do so. This includes no hugging, handshaking, etc. • We suggest that Two (2) seats be left vacant between family groups. • We will assist the process of exiting the Sanctuary at the conclusion of our worship services. • It will be helpful if your “hang out” time be conducted outdoors. • As always, we urge anyone who is sick to stay at home. From our sermon text this Sunday: Show proper respect to everyone, love the family of believers, fear God, honor the emperor. 1 Peter 2:17 Our staff is very excited to welcome you to our campus. Thanks be to God for his protection and provision during our physical absence from one another and for this opportunity to enjoy corporate worship in person and online this Sunday! Grateful to Be Your Pastor,

Pike
