Let all things be done for building up.” 1 Corinthians 14:26 We invite you to come and enjoy Worship Unscripted, an informal, Spirit-led worship service where you can come as you are. There is no script. There is no order of worship. How will we worship? We will read scripture together, and study it together as the Spirit leads us. We will pray with and for each other, share testimonies, and encourage one another. We will join together in song, or sometimes simply listen to the music as we worship. Each week will be a new and unique experience that God will lead us to. Worship Unscripted will be held on Saturdays at 6 pm in The Life Center beginning on June 9. 2018 Upbring Houston Golf Tournament The 2018 Upbring Houston Golf Tournament outing to benefit the Krause Children’s Center will be held on Monday, June 4, at BlackHorse Golf Club. Registration begins at 7am with an 8am start. Save the date and join us to help the abused and neglected children at Krause. Camp Hope registration is open! Sign up for one, two or three weeks – every day is a different story! We experience the story 8 times every day with all 5 of our senses! Camp dates are July 9-13, 16-20, and 23-27. Baby Bottle Blessings Baby Bottle Blessings is an opportunity for Living Word to help raise funds that will help women facing an unexpected pregnancy. Examples of what the money is used for include: free pregnancy tests, free ultrasounds, parenting classes, and post-decision support including material assistance and ongoing coaching. To participate, pick up a baby bottle in the lobby TODAY and place a check or spare change in the bottle as an offering. Please return all bottles no later than Father’s Day. __________________________________________________

Food Drive for Katy Food Pantry on 6/03 The Katy Christian Ministries Food Pantry is helping to meet nutritional, emotional, and spiritual needs by assisting families with supplemental food and personal care items. Needed items include canned foods such as : green vegetables, mixed vegetables, beans, fruit, tuna, and tomato products. Please help make a difference by bringing your items to worship next Sunday and placing them in the barrels in the lobby! __________________________________________________
WANTED: Clear Plastic Bottles Kindred Montrose is one of the service sites for the ELCA Youth Gathering this summer where participants are going to make a beautiful piece of public art. They need raw materials. Please bring clear plastic bottles with no lids or labels. Drop offs are welcome in the lobby in the box marked KINDRED. __________________________________________________
