Transportation Changes Requests to add the airport shuttle transportation option must be made in writing and no later than two Fridays (nine calendar days) prior to the camp start date. The transportation fee is $70.00, payable by credit or debit card only. Requests will be honored on a space-available basis.

From Fort Worth Take I-35W North and exit Heritage Trace Parkway. Turn right onto Heritage Trace Parkway. Turn left onto Beach Street. Turn right onto Alta Vista Road and continue to follow Alta Vista Road as it makes a sharp curve to the left. The North Texas Leadership Academy will be on the right side of the road. From Dallas Take I-35E North/US 77 North toward Denton. Keep left to take TX-183 West toward TX-114/Irving/DFW Airport. Keep right to take TX-114 West toward Grapevine. After passing through Southlake and going through the light in Trophy Club, bear left onto TX-170 West. At the light, turn left onto US-377/Denton Hwy. After about 4 miles and at the light, turn right on Keller Parkway/FM 1709/Golden Triangle Blvd. Turn at the first left onto Alta Vista Road. Stay to the right as Alta Vista Road turns into Ray White Road/CR 1388 for a few hundred yards and then follow back to the left onto Alta Vista Road. The North Texas Leadership Academy will be on the left side of the road.

Lone Star Leadership Academy Dallas/Fort Worth Student Pick-Up on Friday Location:

Kids Zone at Globe Life Park in Arlington (Texas Rangers Ballpark) 1000 Ballpark Way Arlington, TX 76011

12:45 PM (plan on approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes for pick-up)

When you arrive:

You will enter the Kids Zone for a performance by the students and a brief post-camp meeting. You will also have the opportunity to pre-register for next year’s Lone Star Leadership Academy with a $50 deposit.

Parking:

Park in Lot B on Randol Mill Road (look for the charter bus and park near it). The entrance to the Kids Zone is the glass door just to the right of the Center Field entrance on the corner of Randol Mill and Ballpark Way. There will be a staff member and a sign at the door. There is no fee to park or to enter the Kids Zone.

From Fort Worth Take I-30 East. Take Exit 28 toward Baird Farm Road/Legends Way/Ballpark Way. Keep to the right, then turn right onto AT&T Way. Turn left onto Nolan Ryan Exressway. At the traffic circle, continue straight to stay on Nolan Ryan Expressway. Turn left onto E Randol Mill Road. The parking lot will be on the right directly across from the stadium. From Dallas Take I-30 West. Take Exit 29 for Ballpark Way. Keep to the right to continue on Ballpark Way. Turn right on Ballpark Way. Turn right on Randol Mill Road. Make a U-turn at Nolan Ryan Expressway. The parking lot will be on the right directly across from the stadium.
