LOOKING FOR A MAN Jeremiah 5:1 In the days of Jeremiah the nation of Israel was in a very depraved state. Their sin had once again made God bring judgment upon them as He had many times before. He told His prophet to search the streets of the city and “look for a man” who would be honest and just to help them but found no one. Ezekiel 22:30 Once again God used His prophet to announce judgment upon the Jews because of their continuing sin. Even the spiritual leaders were lying and taking advantage of the poor and needy. God “looked for a man to stand in the gap” but He found none. John 5:39-43 Many people pass over these verses and do not recognize them for what they truly are. Jesus is talking prophetically about the Jews not accepting Him for who He is but will someday, during the Tribulation accept the anti-Christ as “the man they are looking for.” THE WORLD'S LAST GREAT MAN Revelation 13:18 The world has been searching for their 'super man' who can solve the world's problems and who they can truly worship as the “savior of the world.” Here, in this verse is their man. Revelation 13:2-5 The world will truly get their great and wondrous super man in all his glory. Look at the personality and charisma of this super hero. He has the talk and the power to make everyone listen and see him as all mighty and even godly. ALL IN THE FAMILY Revelation 13:1; 12:3 Remember what Jesus said in (Jn. 8:9), “He that hath seen me hath seen the father.” Here we see the great imitator looking and sounding like his father, “the dragon”, (Satan himself). The ten horns represent ten kingdoms, See (Rev. 17:12 and Dan. 7:24). Revelation 13:2 The devil will give the anti-Christ all of his power in order to rule and be worshiped by the whole world. In II Thess. 2:7-9 Paul writes about this 'beast' and tells us of the “power” he will have. The word used here, (power), means power unhindered to do anything. If this 'beast' is alive today it is only the Holy Spirit that is holding him back from taking control of the world as we speak! Revelation 13:3, 12, 14 This 'beast' or anti-Christ imitates Christ to the tees. First he is killed and is miraculously brought to life again. Rev. 17:8, 11; Acts 1:24-25; Jn. 6:70-71; 17:12; II Thes. 2:3 All these verses indicate that Satan will resurrect Judas Iscariot as the anti-Christ and give him his power to rule over the world. Revelation 13:4 The anti-Christ wants and demands to be worshiped. Both he and the “dragon”, (Satan), will be worshiped in the temple. Isaiah14:14 To be worshiped was Lucifer’s dream. Revelation 13:7 The anti-Christ will try and kill and destroy all Jews and those that will not worship him but cling to Jesus Christ as they know they must “hold on till the end” in order to be saved. He also will control “all the nations of the world.” THE AGENT OF THE BEAST

Revelation 13:11-12 Here we see the completion of the “unholy trinity” as the anti-Christ has another 'beast” like himself with power and miracle working abilities. This false prophet will certainly be the head of the last “one world religion.” We have the Dragon,(Satan), the anti-Christ, false prophet. Revelation 13:13-17 This second “beast” or false prophet will be the top dog for anti-Christ to get the “one world systems” in place with religion, commerce, and a world wide dictator type control.
