Community Bible Church will once again be hosting the 2018 World Missions Conference Wednesday, April 18 through Sunday, April 22. This is a wonderful opportunity for CBC families to get to know many of the missionaries we support around the world. We are in need of host families for our guest missionaries. Please contact Laura Caldwell at 843.525.0089 or Sue Cerrillo at 712.249.1095, if you are interested in hosting, or need more information. Operation Christmas Child: Thank you to all that helped provide, pack and prepare shoeboxes for Operation Christmas Child. We are grateful for your support! The 1,980 shoeboxes from our church are on their way to help bring joy to children’s lives around the globe. #ipackedashoebox Trail Life: Do you have camping equipment that you’re not currently using? Our new Trail Life troop is in need of camping equipment and cooking gear for their first camping trip next month. If you have equipment to donate, please contact Duane Shotwell, [email protected], or bring it to the Beaufort or Bluffton campus before December 1. CBC Toy Tree: Members can register themselves or nominate another CBC family for this year’s Toy Tree. You may register through today. Forms are at the reception desk. The Toy Tree exists so that the children of unemployed or underemployed CBC members may receive a gift this Christmas.

1 SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 26, 2017

“THIS IS OUR GOD” God, our Father, full of power; Maker of the heavens, Maker of the world, forming all things, seen and unseen; Truly the Almighty beyond all measured worth-Holy is His Name. (Chorus) We believe the Lord our God is One: Father, Spirit, Son; This is our God! We believe forever He will reign; Let the church proclaim: This is our God! Our Lord Jesus sent to save us, born unto a virgin, lived a perfect life; Greatly suffered, dying for us; From the grave He’s risen, seated now on high-Holy is His Name. (Chorus) We believe the Lord our God is One: Father, Spirit, Son; This is our God! We believe forever He will reign; Let the church proclaim: This is our God! (Bridge) Jesus will come back again, Amen, to judge the living and the dead, Amen; Usher in the age to come; let everyone sing “Amen.” Spirit, holy One in glory, speaking through the prophets, empowering the Church; Life is given by and through Him; With the Son and Father, worshiped and adored-Holy is His name. (Chorus) We believe the Lord our God is One: Father, Spirit, Son; This is our God! We believe forever He will reign; Let the church proclaim: This is our God!

2 “SEE THE DESTINED DAY ARISE” (Chorus) Hallelujah! Hallelujah! Lamb of God for sinners slain! Hallelujah! Hallelujah! Jesus Christ, we praise your name! Holy Jesus, grant us grace in that sacrifice to place all our trust for life renewed, pardoned sin, and promised good. Grant us grace to sing Your praise, 'round Your throne through endless days, ever with the sons of light: “Blessing, honor, glory, might!” (Chorus) Hallelujah! Hallelujah! Lamb of God for sinners slain! Hallelujah! Hallelujah! Jesus Christ, we praise your name! (Chorus) Hallelujah! Hallelujah! Lamb of God for sinners slain! Hallelujah! Hallelujah! Jesus Christ, we praise your name!

“FOR THE BEAUTY OF THE EARTH” For the beauty of the earth, for the glory of the skies, for the love which from our birth over and around us lies, Lord of all, to Thee we praise this our hymn of grateful praise. For Thyself, best gift divine, to our race so freely given, for that great, great love of Thine, peace on earth and joy in heaven. Lord of all, to Thee we raise this our hymn of grateful praise. Lord of all, to Thee we raise this our hymn of grateful praise.

“MY HEART IS FILLED WITH THANKFULNESS” My heart is filled with thankfulness to Him who bore my pain, who plumbed the depths of my disgrace and gave me life again; Who crushed my curse of sinfulness and clothed me in His light, and wrote His law of righteousness with pow'r upon my heart. My heart is filled with thankfulness to Him who walks beside, who floods my weaknesses and strengths and causes fear to fly; Whose every promise is enough for every step I take, sustaining me with arms of love, and crowning me with grace. My heart is filled with thankfulness to Him who reigns above, whose wisdom is my perfect peace, whose every thought is love; For every day I have on earth is given by the King, so I will give my life my all to love and follow Him.

3 “COME PRAISE AND GLORIFY” Come praise and glorify our God, the Father of our Lord. In Christ He has in heav’nly realms, His blessings on us poured. For pure and blameless in His sight He destined us to be, and now we’ve been adopted through His Son eternally. (Chorus) To the praise of Your glory, to the praise of Your mercy and grace. To the praise of Your glory, You are the God who saves. Come praise and glorify our God, who gives His grace in Christ. In Him our sins are washed away; redeemed through sacrifice. In Him God has made known to us the myst’ry of His will, that Christ should be the Head of all, His purpose to fulfill. (Chorus) To the praise of Your glory, to the praise of Your mercy and grace. To the praise of Your glory, You are the God who saves. Come praise and glorify our God, for we’ve believed the Word, and through our faith we have a seal: The Spirit of the Lord. The Spirit guarantees our hope until redemption’s done, until we join in endless praise to God, the Three in One. (Chorus) To the praise of Your glory, to the praise of Your mercy and grace. To the praise of Your glory, You are the God who saves. (Chorus) To the praise of Your glory, to the praise of Your mercy and grace. To the praise of Your glory, You are the God who saves.

4 CHOIR ANTHEM “JESUS OUR HOPE” Jesus our Hope is alive. Jesus our Hope is alive. We won’t be shaken; We lift up our eyes. Jesus our Hope, Jesus our Hope is alive. Jesus our Hope is alive. Jesus our Hope is alive. We won’t be shaken; We lift up our eyes. Jesus our Hope, Jesus our Hope is alive. Jesus our Hope is alive. Jesus our Hope is alive. We won’t be shaken; We lift up our eyes. We put our trust in You, we put our trust in You, we put our trust in You; Jesus our Hope is alive. The Lamb has overcome, the victory is won, look what our God has done! Jesus our Hope is alive. The Lamb has overcome, the victory is won, look what our God has done! Jesus our Hope is alive. Jesus our Hope is alive. Jesus our Hope is alive. We won’t be shaken; We lift up our eyes. The Lamb has overcome, the victory is won, look what our God has done! Jesus our Hope is alive!

5 “MY TRIBUTE” To God be the glory, to God be the glory; To God be the glory for the things He has done. With His blood He has saved me, with His pow'r He has raised me; To God be the glory for the things He has done. Just let me live my life, let it be pleasing, Lord to Thee. And should I gain any praise, let it go to Calvary. With His blood He has saved me, with His pow'r He has raised me; To God be the glory for the things He has done.

INVITATION “THERE IS A REDEEMER” There is a Redeemer, Jesus, God's own Son; Precious Lamb of God, Messiah, Holy One. Jesus, my Redeemer, Name above all names, Precious Lamb of God, Messiah, Hope for sinners slain. (Chorus) Thank You, oh, my Father, for giving us Your Son, and leaving Your Spirit ‘til the work on earth is done. When I stand in Glory, I will see His face.
