WHAT IS A FAMILY SUPPORT WORKER?
Family Support Workers are often employed by Family Resource Centres or other organisations to assist families who experience short or long-term challenges, empowering families to move forward positively and independently. A family Support Worker will remain impartial and non-judgemental, respecting family confidentiality at all times.
