FROM DIA or DENVER AREA: Take I-70 west, approximately 130 miles to Exit 176. Follow the first roundabout under the bridge, then follow the signs going towards Lionshead. Turn right on South Frontage Road. Turn left onto West Lionshead Circle. Resort will be on your right. VALET PARKING: There is no parking at the hotel site, but they do offer to valet your car for $10 per day plus tip. FREE PUBLIC PARKING OPTION: You can drop off your luggage at the Resort and drive minutes to the Public Parking Structure in the Village. Catch the free shuttle directly in front of the parking structure and back to the Marriott Mountain Resort. Greeters will be there to direct you. FREE SHUTTLE WHILE AT THE RESORT: The free shuttle bus to Lionshead Village runs daily on a 20-minute loop. Shuttle stop is directly in front of the hotel entrance. Great way to see the Village or grab a bite to eat on Friday night.

— RETREAT INFORMATION — FRIDAY, OCTOBER 19TH • Resort Check-In begins at 4 PM. (Early check-in is not guaranteed, if you arrive prior to 4PM.) Credit card required for incidental charges. • Retreat Check-In begins at 5 PM in the Conference Lobby. Session 1 begins at 7PM. (The conference room will open at 6:45PM.) SUNDAY, OCTOBER 21ST • Resort Check-Out is at Noon. (Feel free to bring your suitcase down to retreat conference room lobby after breakfast.) • Retreat ends at 11:45 AM. You are on your own for Friday Dinner and Sunday Lunch. ADDITIONAL NIGHT STAYS: Standard Room Rate: $94/night + taxes and fees Reservation: 970.476.4444 If you desire to go up a day before or stay a day after the retreat, the Resort has extended a standard room rate of $94 per night to our group, which you will need to make arrangements for on your own. Rooms are on space availability basis and the hotel’s discretion, if they can accept the group rate at that time. Let them know you want to take advantage of the Calvary Aurora Women’s Retreat group rate. PLEASE NOTE: Let us know when you make reservations and we will note it on our final registration roster. If you’re not listed on the final registration roster on the day of your check-in, you will be charged their full price room rate.

BRING: Bible, notebook, warm clothing, jacket, track/jogging outfit, toiletries, prescribed medications, and an open heart to receive. FOR LOVE’S SAKE: We ask that you abstain from consuming drugs and/or alcoholic drinks for the entirety of this event and weekend. Thank you for your cooperation. DIETARY MEALS: The Resort makes every effort to accommodate simple food allergies and sensitivities, but may not be able to meet all requests aside from the three offered: Diabetic, Gluten Free, and Vegetarian. Please make plans accordingly to bring necessary snacks to supplement your needs. There are mini-fridges in rooms for your convenience. (Menu will be available closer to retreat date) ROOM AMENITIES: Mini-fridge, small coffee maker, coffee and tea, alarm clock, iron and ironing board, safe, lighted make-up mirror, and hair dryer. Hotel has a smoke-free policy. Complimentary Wireless Internet in guest rooms. WEATHER: High: 52, Low: 23 (With an occasional chance of snow) GRATUITIES: Please note, if you use the services of a Bellman, the Resort charges a baggage-handling fee of $10 round trip.
