The Marketing Communications Coordinator is responsible for implementing the Campus’s e-marketing strategy. Duties include the production of marketing collateral for print and online purposes, implementation of online campaigns, high level reporting on online activity, social media platforms, website amendments and updates. High level of e-marketing knowledge or experience required specifically with SEO, Google Adwords, CRM and automated marketing platforms. Essential  Knowledge and experience of online marketing tools including CRM, automated marketing platorms, WordPress, Google Adwords, SEO tracking, Facebook marketing.  Ability to develop e-content targeting key word searches online which deliver a better ROI  Experience in producing detailed marketing reports on e-marketing campaigns and activity  Demonstrated ability to develop marketing content online or in print within a campaign framework.  Basic experience of events, with a focus on developing ‘Call to Action’ messaging  Experience of brand management in either print or online form.  Experience of producing print collateral and copyright experience  Attention to detail is crucial to this role  Administration support experience Desirable  Tertiary experience relating to online marketing activities. Marketing Communications Coordinator Role: Marketing Communications Coordinator is responsible for implementing the Campus’s e-marketing strategy. Role responsiblities -

Implement the Curtin University Sydney e-marketing strategy – with targeted focus on goal delivery and ROI

Develop online campaigns with the marketing managers for country specific activities in line with the overall marketing plan

-

Produce high level reports on e-marketing budget, including detailed analysis on lead generation, conversions, website traffic, ROI of each campaign and activity.

-

Update and monitor website, report on website activity and measure effectiveness of campaigns and optimise SEOs on targeted website pages.

-

Produce quarterly reports on Website activities and monitor outcomes of campaigns on website traffic.

-

Run Google Adwords campaigns as directed by Marketing Managers.

Oversee all social media platforms such as Facebook, Linked In, Twitter

-

Manage online enquiry systems and student walk in/telephone enquiries

-

Develop content for landing pages, training materials, student stories and lead nurturing activities

-

Assist Marketing team with international travel where required.

Manage CRM updates and allocate follow up tasks for the Marketing team

-

Manage all print production of annual publications and marketing collateral as well as requests from Marketing managers.

Manage all CUS publication and collateral stock.

-

Support Internal Communication within the campus

-

Uphold and implement Brand guidelines for the Curtin University Brand

Assist Marketing Director during photos shoots, video shoots and on campus events

-

Other areas as required by the Marketing Director

Selection criteria - Essential -

Knowledge and experience of online marketing tools including CRM, automated marketing platorms, WordPress, Google Adwords, SEO tracking, Facebook marketing.
