As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be reporting to the Marketing Director and be responsible for new student recruitment and the implementation of the marketing and recruitment plans for specific markets. Overview and Objectives of the Position:
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for new student recruitment and the implementation of the marketing and recruitment plans for specific markets. Key Result Areas: i.
Carry out student recruitment activities in specific markets
ii.
Develop and maintain good relationships with the ICM agent network.
iii.
Recommend the appointment of appropriate agents for ICM
iv.
Coordinate with in country staff where appropriate
v.
Liaise with people in numerous international time zones
vi.
Provide feedback and reports to the Senior Marketing and Admissions Manager regarding market conditions, competition and other factors which may be relevant to the development of the ICM marketing strategy.
vii.
Liaise with the Admissions team, particularly on student conversion, and assist Admissions when required.
viii.
Prepare statistical reports as required
ix.
Implement strategies for conversion and retention of students from identified markets
x.
Support the e-Marketing, Customer Relationship Management and Communications strategy

Implement advertising, social media, and promotions strategies

Travel to markets identified as target countries
Qualifications and Selection Criteria
Essential: i.
Undergraduate degree and/or suitable sales/marketing/customer service experience
