A permanent full-time position located in Sydney’s CBD providing marketing support to help the Australian College of Applied Psychology (ACAP) reach its commercial objectives.

About the role This role works closely with the Associate Director and Manager of National Marketing, as well as other key team members in the marketing department, and is responsible for delivering marketing and advertising support to best serve ACAP’s commercial objectives. Typically the marketing coordinator will assist with website management, coordinating events and tracking the marketing expenditure. The candidate we seek will ideally have: • • • • • •

Undergraduate qualification in marketing, journalism, professional writing, communications or related discipline Excellent written and spoken communication skills with exceptional attention to detail A process driven mindset Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and set priorities to deliver results on message, on brand, on time and on budget Excellent stakeholder management skills Experience in account reconciliation and invoice management

Overview and Objectives of the Position:

For more than 20 years, ACAP has been developing and delivering courses and programs for students looking to advance their knowledge, skills and careers. We offer an extensive range of Nationally Accredited courses from Certificate to Masters level in a wide range of discipline areas such as Psychology, Counselling and Criminal Justice. Navitas Professional also delivers training and business solutions to employers to meet their requirements for “work-ready”, skilled employees and provides learners with relevant, practical tertiary and vocational skills, work experiences and support in their career development and working lives. This role works closely with the Campaign, Marketing and Communications Manager and Graphic Designers of the Campaign and eMarketing teams and is responsible for delivering marketing and advertising support to the teams to best serve the ACAP commercial objectives. 2.

Providing support in the planning and delivering of offline and online advertising and marketing communications to support business objectives



Advertising administration/job logging and tracking



Despatching ads to media



Sourcing images from iStock and photo library



Managing marketing budget tracking spreadsheet and processing invoices as they relate to marketing activities



Obtaining print quotes



Sourcing and ordering promotional items



Setting up eDMs in business specific templates
