Marketing Director Navitas @ FAU & WKU Ongoing, Full-Time Navitas is a diversified global education provider that offers an extensive range of educational services for students and professionals including university programs, English language training and settlement services, creative media education, workforce education and student recruitment. The Marketing Director will support the Navitas leadership team through the overall management of all marketing, recruitment and admissions activities to attain student recruitment goals for Navitas at Florida Atlantic University (FAU) and Navitas at Western Kentucky University (WKU), and other pathway programs as may be established over time. Essential Skills & Knowledge (see also Attached Position Description) 1. Demonstrated high level communication skills both written and verbal. 2. Success in international marketing and sales. 3. Ability to develop and manage marketing strategic plans and campaigns. 4. Ability to liaise confidently and knowledgeably with stakeholders regarding marketing plans and tactics. 5. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 6. Ability to develop and maintain effective and strong relationships with stakeholders. 7. Ability to use technology to underpin and implement marketing strategies. 8. Ability to lead and manage at strategic and operational levels, including management of resources and development and management of financial budgets 9. RESPONSIBLE FOR:

Direction of Marketing, recruiting and admissions for Navitas operations

Position Objectives: 1. Support of the Navitas leadership team through the overall management of all marketing, recruitment and admissions activities to attain student recruitment goals for Navitas at FAU and Navitas at WKU, and other pathway programs as may be established over time. 2. Coordinate the Navitas marketing, recruitment and admissions strategic plans and activities providing direction in and the implementation of these plans. 3. Manage the student recruitment channels, key stakeholders and commercial relationships to ensure the strategic development, positioning, cooperation and communications of the marketing and recruiting operations. 4. Resource and identify U.S. assets that can support and assist the development of marketing and student recruitment goals. 5. Establish strong and supportive linkages and relationships within Navitas source countries to ensure maximization of Navitas global resources to achieve marketing and recruiting goals. 6. Identify and promote public relations and media activities to support the strategic marketing plans. 7. Manage the professional development of marketing personnel at all designated locations.

8. Recruitment networks and recruiters Key Responsibilities: 1. Oversight and management of the marketing function for Navitas at FAU and Navitas at WKU pathway programs. 2. Coordination of product positioning of Navitas at FAU and Navitas at WKU operations. 3. Development of product pricing in consultation with the Financial Controller and General Manager Marketing and Sales, North America 4. Development, oversight and implementation of the Navitas at FAU and Navitas at WKU programs strategic marketing, recruitment and admissions plans. 5. Analyze market trends and opportunities 6. Prepare rolling forecasts and budgets. 7. Evaluate market opportunities for new products and market performance of existing products. 8. Review customer service levels and market strategies. 9. Manage the specific Navitas pathway programs sales teams, to correlate promotion and publicity with sales activities, and coordinate sales plans based on market analysis, research and marketing indicators. 10. Review and evaluate effectiveness of advertising/sales promotion material. 11. Conduct overall analysis of sales forecasts, performance and budgets. 12. Oversight of new market development and developing recruiting networks. 13. Oversight and implementation of eMarketing strategies. 14. Perform overall management and coordination of representatives and recruiters, and the establishment and maintenance of agreement and incentive arrangements. 15. Support and mentor the marketing teams to develop and implement effective student recruitment and marketing strategies. 16. Develop and maintain lines of communication, and promote effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, representatives and partners. 17. Prepare regular analytical reports for the Navitas USA leadership team. 18. Travel within North America and internationally for meetings and marketing and recruitment activities when appropriate. The above responsibilities may expand to include other pathway programs over time. Key Performance Indicators: 1. Targets are met.

Clear development of positioning, pricing and promotion strategies and management of incentives to recruiters. 4. Enhanced performance of marketing and admissions personnel. Education and Qualifications: Essential: Graduate degree in related field and/or a record of significant international marketing experience and marketing team leadership with a quantifiable success record. Work Experience: Essential: A minimum of five years of experience in leading international marketing and sales teams A quantifiable success record of significant international marketing and admissions experience Experience in managing staff Required Key Competencies: 12.
