Volunteer Officer Report November 2018 Thomas Marshall – Marketing & Tourism School Rep What has been worked on in the past month? Dissertation uploads in the library, Teacher Excellence Framework and lecture capacity issues.

Successes from the past month and any Reps Wins A number of Marketing course reps from the school raised concerns over the delivery of certain lectures online. Subsequently great improvements have been made thanks to their continued efforts at feeding back suggestions. The issue of lecture halls being over capacity was raised, this is being fed back to timetabling and so they can try and prevent this issue in the future. Work towards TEF continues. .

Plans for next month Looking ahead I Intend to continue to liaise with the wider course rep team to address module feedback. I am also looking at the consistency of the content delivered over individual seminars but hope this will become easier once the module evaluations are in!
