Massachusetts Teacher’s Retirement System RFQ: MyTRS Application Hardware Replacement – Software September 15, 2014 – FINAL The Massachusetts Teachers’ Retirement System is seeking quotes from vendors currently on statewide contract ITS42 for the procurement of Software listed in Attachment A of this document.
Software Specifications: Please refer to Attachment A. Specific Requirements and deliverables:
Provide detailed cost quotes for all required software referenced in Attachment A. Provide line item pricing with subtotals per format of Attachment A. Partial bids will not be accepted. No substitutions. Quotes valid to December 15, 2014. All Software must be delivered no earlier than January 15, 2014 and no later than January 30, 2015. Quotes received in a format other than what was requested will be scored as “Does not meet requirements” and will be discarded.
Evaluation Criteria: The responses to this RFQ will be evaluated based on the criteria listed below. The criteria are listed in descending order of importance with the most important criteria listed first. The procurement management team reserves the right to remove from further consideration non-responsive bids and those that include attempts by the Bidder to alter the Commonwealth’s standard legal terms. 1. 60%: Cost 2. 20%: Completion of Attachment A Cost Sheet columns E and F. 3. 20%: Compliance with specified delivery dates.
