Massachusetts Teacher’s Retirement System RFQ: MyTRS Application Hardware Replacement – Backup Infrastructure September 15, 2014 – FINAL The Massachusetts Teachers’ Retirement System is seeking quotes from vendors currently on statewide contract ITC47 – Category 6 for the procurement of Backup Infrastructure Hardware as outlined below and listed in Attachment A of this document. The equipment being purchased under the aforementioned contract will be used to replace the existing (obsolete) hardware infrastructure at multiple locations. All equipment must be delivered no earlier than January 15, 2015 and no later than January 30, 2015. The following is the delivery information for the equipment listed in this RFQ. Quotes should be based on the information contained in Attachment A. Partial bids will not be accepted. No substitutions. Where possible, quotes should include 5 years of maintenance and support or as listed for each item in Attachment A. Provide line item pricing with subtotals and final total. Quotes valid to December 15, 2014. All equipment must be delivered no earlier than January 15, 2015 and no later than January 30, 2015. Quotes received in a format other than what was requested will be scored as “Does not meet requirements” and will be discarded.

The criteria are listed in descending order of importance with the most important criteria listed first.
