Type of Class: Mixture Bible/Topical Study NO Homework Topics Covered: wide range of topics including Bible studies, Seasonal Studies (Advent, Lent) and Spiritual Disciplines. About the Class: This is as much a place of community and connection as a space for growth in faith. Beyond our weekly gatherings on Sunday mornings, the group takes part in social events ranging from trivia and concerts in the park to trips to Arrington Vineyards. There are several service opportunities during the year, including helping with Room in the Inn and wider church mission projects (coaching sports teams w/ Harvest Hands, the Habitat build etc.). In addition to these offerings, there are men’s and women’s small groups that meet every other week during the fall and spring. If you come by on a Sunday morning, you’ll find that our studies vary in topic and that our leadership is shared amongst the group. The two things we guarantee are good coffee and conversation.
