Experience My current practical technical experience has been limited to lab environments and training scenarios within the Rackspace Open Cloud Academy in San Antonio and several afternoons spent shadowing Network Admins on the support floor and networking to help gain a deeper understanding of the scope of this job role and to begin building my brand at Rackspace.
