Athlete Sponsor Program 2016 The MJW Athlete Sponsor Program offers each MJW athlete the opportunity to earn FREE registration (~$300 value) by collecting $600 in sponsors for the organization. Please note free registration does not include seasonal fees or fundraising options. How the program works: Collect $600 in sponsors BEFORE registration. o Complete a Sponsor Form for each sponsor (can be 1 sponsor or many). o Collect payment from each sponsor. Present sponsor paperwork and payment with registration forms. o Pay only for the seasonal fees & fundraiser. We have multiple levels of participation available to the Sponsors. Sponsor levels range from $1-$250+ and include different benefits to the Sponsor based on their level of participation. Benefits for each level are described in detail on the Sponsor Form. If you are unable to raise a total of $600, but have been able to raise some sponsors, you still have an opportunity to receive a discount. If you collect $400 in sponsors BEFORE registration; receive $100 off registration fee. If you collect $200 in sponsors BEFORE registration; receive $50 off registration fee.
To participate in the Athlete Sponsor Program the forms and payment must be presented at registration. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please submit your paperwork to MJW directly via mail or e-mail. Athletes eligible for Grandfather Registration should notify us by e-mail prior to March 31st to ensure they are registered before the deadline. If you have any questions you may contact us at

McHenry Junior Warriors Pom & Cheer is a not-for-profit organization for school aged children. The organization was established to allow children to experience the fun, enthusiasm, sportsmanship, and self-confidence related with cheer and poms. We are non-tryout, with 250+ participants ranging from Kindergarten through 8th grade. As a not-for-profit organization, we rely on sponsors for many things. A donation would be greatly appreciated to help us through the 2016 season. We are accepting donations now for the 2016 season, or you may send in your donation when your 2016 budget is set. In order to set the budget for our organization we try to collect as many sponsorships as possible by May 31st. The following are some of the expenses that we incur on a yearly basis: First aid supplies. Office supplies; paper, printing and postage. Music supplies; CD’s, boom boxes and batteries for boom boxes. Uniforms and shirts. Recognition awards and end of year party. Facility rental fees for practices. Insurance. This year we have 2 levels of sponsors for our organization. Sponsors of $250 or more will receive the following as a thank you from MJW: o Plaque with a picture of the team you are sponsoring. o Your logo or name displayed on the sponsor page of the MJW web site. o Your e-mail ad or coupon included in all 4 of our monthly e-mail blasts to approximately 200 local families. o Link to your web site from MJW web site. o Link to your Facebook page from MJW Facebook page. o Logo or name placement on the 2016 Sponsor shirt (given to all MJW athletes). o One 2016 Sponsor shirt. o A custom message (or “Shout Out”) on our online donation page.
Sponsors of $200 - $249 will receive the following as a thank you from MJW: o Plaque with a picture of the team you are sponsoring. o Your logo or name displayed on the sponsor page of the MJW web site. o Your e-mail coupon included in 1 of our 4 monthly e-mail blasts to approximately 200 local families. o Link to your web site from MJW web site. o Link to your Facebook page from MJW Facebook page. o Logo or name placement on the 2016 Sponsor shirt (given to all MJW athletes). o One 2016 Sponsor shirt. o A custom message (or “Shout Out”) on our online donation page.
Please note that due to the time in which our t-shirts are printed, donations must be received by June 15th for the logo to be included on the sponsor t-shirt. Sponsorships received through September 1st will receive a sponsor plaque. If $200 is not an option, any contribution you could give to help support our organization, would be greatly appreciated. As a thank you for your donation you will receive the following from MJW.
