FILLING OUT AN APPLICATION DOES NOT AUTMATICALLY GUARANTEE THAT YOU WILL COACH DURING THE 2017 SEASON. It is not always possible to place coaches on their first choice team. We will do our best to accommodate you. Please make sure to make a second and third choice to ensure placement with MJW.
