Meet Your Family Caprice Watson was born in Louisiana, and moved to Dallas when she was in Junior High. They moved because most of their family lived here. Caprice describes herself as a homebody, very family oriented, and a hard worker. Caprice currently works for Garrett Metal Detectors as an accounts receivable clerk, and has been there for a little over a year. For fun, she enjoys reading, watching movies, and spending time with her children. Caprice has two children. Devante is 10 years old and is in 5th grade. He enjoys anything dealing with sports. His favorite subject is science because he likes to experiment. Zshakira is 9 years old and is in 3rd grade. She enjoys animals and plants. She also loves to cook. Caprice learned about the Habitat homeownership program from a family member who is a current homeowner. The biggest surprise for Caprice was that her mortgage payments will actually be less then her current rent.

Caprice is most excited about the opportunity to invest in something that can be passed on to her children. She believes that living in a neighborhood will teach her children how to be neighborly, and she is thankful for the opportunity.
