DIRECT MAILER INFORMATION:
1. You print 1,400* copies of your flyer and deliver it to the Alliance Provide receipt of quantity delivered. Each flyer must be a 8.5 x 11 sheet. Flyers that are 11 x 17 sheets folded to 8.5 x 11 are accepted for an additional charge of $125. No booklets or collated multiple sheets will be accepted. Allow 30-60 days for time-sensitive materials. The flyer may be printed on one side, or front-and-back. 2. Post Cards on COVER-WEIGHT must be no larger than 5.5 x 8.5. Call the Alliance for more info. Brochures on 70LB TEXT-WEIGHT finish size must be 3.5 x 8.5. Call the Alliance for more info. 3. Flyers must be printed on 20LB OR 24LB TEXT-WEIGHT PAPER ONLY. The Alliance reserves the right to refuse flyers if weight exceeds maximum requirement. Card stock and heavier text weight stocks will not be accepted. 4. PDF File must be of flyer in the mailer and can be color or black/white. Email PDF file to
[email protected]. PDF file will be posted online the same day MVP Mailer is processed/mailed. 5. The cost to the member advertiser is $125* per mailing to cover the costs of envelope, processing, postage, online promotion. In order to obtain lower postage rate for mailing we must have an adequate supply of each advertiser's flyer. If advertiser does not supply correct quantity, then advertiser will be responsible for the cost of additional copies printed as a result of the shortage. 6. Flyers are due at the Lynchburg Regional Business Alliance by the 12 Noon on dates specified above. Late deliveries will not be accepted unless the Alliance has been contacted prior to deadline. 7. Alliance policy requires that all reservations be invoiced. Cancellations after reserved date are still subject to be invoiced. Call the Alliance at 434.845.5966. 8. First-time participants are required to make partial payment of $50 at the time of registration. 9 . One of the benefits of your Alliance membership is having the exclusive opportunity to promote your business through Alliance advertising. Please avoid listing non- Alliance member businesses in your promotional materials, as they are not yet entitled to the benefits of Alliance membership.
