PM EXTENDED DAY – 2nd SEMESTER 2016 - 2017 Dear Parents, Children in the PM class are offered an optional lunch bunch on Tuesdays and Fridays from 8:45 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. when they go into their class. The children will have supervised indoor and outdoor play and activity times, a snack (provided by the school), lunch (brought from home) and a quiet time before their class begins at 12:30. Thursday is the built-in long day, also from 8:45 to 12:30. Please complete the form below letting us know which days you desire. No confirmation will be sent. Your child will be enrolled in the day(s) you select unless you hear from us. What to bring: * Lunch, including a beverage – ONLY ONE DESSERT, PLEASE! * A mat on which to rest PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOUR CHILD’S NAME IS ON EVERYTHING  LUNCH BOX, MAT, THERMOS, etc. The fee for this program is $40.00 per day. Please return this form with your payment by Dec. 15 The fees are non-refundable. Please make checks payable to MDPC and write “YS lunch bunch” on the memo line. If there is enough interest, we may be able to offer a Monday morning, also. Please call or email the school to let us know.
